Saturday afternoon HOCKEY!   Four games today with the McDavid’s facing the Rangers and Bruins and my favorite Saturday afternoon home team to stack!

Philadelphia Flyers … Coots, Girioux, Voracek (Gostisbehere/Provorov)

The Flyers are facing the Vegas Golden Knights who I firmly believe are this years flop team and will miss the playoffs — but let’s save that discussion for another date.  Marc-Andre Fluery should draw the start for the Knights and dating back to his Penguin days he has had some rough nights in Philly and the Flyers are one of the streakiest teams in the league and I believe they will continue a hot streak here coming off a big game against the lowly Senators the other night.  Jake Voracek had a huge game and this line skating together should wreak havoc today.  Coots is my favorite play here to come away with multiple points…  Gimme all the Gritty today.  If you wanna fade this top line for other chalkier spots then get Travis Konecny in who is underpriced on DK at $4200 as a one off.

Edmonton:  McDavid, Nugent-Hopkins, Rattie

Boston:  Bergeron, Marchand, Pastrnak — This is the chalk stack but I am pivoting over to the Flyers top line instead.

LA Kings:  Kopitar, Kovalchuk, Doughty

Detroit:  Athanasiou, Bertuzzi Vanek … Succka Rask in a day game?  Sign me up for the Red Wings second line on the road to put the biscuit in the basket today.

Play McDavid and Couturier….

  1. Voracek / Girioux
  2. Marchand / Pastrnak
  3. Nugent-Hopkins / Rattie
  4. Rielly Smith
  5. Ilya Kovalchuk
  6. Tyler Bertuzzi

  1. Shayne Gostisbehere
  2. Drew Doughty
  3. Oscar Klefbom
  4. Thomas Chabot
  5. Ivan Provorov
